Limited Warranty Information

Control4 Corporation (“Control4”) warrants that at the time of sale to the first end consumer, this product will be free from defects in material and manufacture. Control4 further warrants that for a period of two (2) years from the date this product was shipped from Control4, it will function in substantial conformity with its published specification, provided that it is installed and maintained under normal and proper use. This limited warranty applies only if this product was purchased directly from Control4 or an authorized Control4 Dealer or Distributor. If this product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable limited warranty period, it may be returned to the place of purchase and Control4 will, in its sole discretion, repair this product or replace it with a like product (including B-Stock product). This limited warranty provides the purchaser with specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. Except as specifically provided above and to the maximum extent allowed by law, Control4 disclaims all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever including, without limitation, title, non-infringement, condition, merchantability or fitness for any particular or intended purpose.

Except to the extent required by applicable law, Control4 shall not be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of information, financial loss, personal injury or loss of privacy) which may be caused by or related to, directly or indirectly, the use of this product, the inability to use this product or a related service, inadequacy of this product or a related service for any purpose or use thereof or by any defect or deficiency therein even if Control4 or an authorized Control4 Dealer has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

B-Stock Limited Warranty Information

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the limited warranty for any Control4 B-Stock product is one (1) year from the date the product ships from Control4. B-Stock products are sold “as is” and may contain or include slight cosmetic defects. For full details, see www.control4.com/warranty.
