Luxury Apartment Property Installs Control4 to Deliver Best-in-Class Connected Living

Salt Lake City, UT – October 17, 2012 - Control4, a leading innovator in residential and light commercial automation systems, has completed installation of Control4® automation technology in the prominent Aloha Hill Club luxury apartments, located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía’s “Golf Valley,” just behind the world famous Puerto Banus of Marbella, Spain.

Control4 certified dealer, Jason Wild of Future Lifestyle, worked closely with the Aloha Hill Club to prove that all it takes is a single interaction with the technology to recognize the significant benefits of offering a “smart,” connected living space – and also one that can be uniquely tailored to the individual owner. Allowing for complete client customization, Future Lifestyle provides three video and two multi-room audio options. Whether prospective residents are looking for high-definition 3D and satellite or a more personalized, theater-quality, cinema experience, the specially designed audio and video solutions feature the best in home entertainment. Each turnkey package includes a Control4 HC-200 controller and handheld remote, which are upgradable should advanced control options be requested. To further enhance the connected living space, Future Lifestyle offers additional integration extras such as A/V memory storage, standalone audio solutions, Control4 iPod dock integration, and full lighting control solutions, all which can be intuitively controlled from a smart phone or tablet.

Seeing is believing when it comes to highlighting the benefits of home control to prospective owners. A fully integrated show flat allows potential residents to explore automation possibilities, giving them the chance to touch and experience the technology first hand.

Entering through the lounge, clients are greeted by a state-of-the art sound system and flat screen TV producing the best in HD video and audio content. From there the automation awakens, revealing the Control4 on-screen interface which allows visitors to experiment with their control options. Specially cued music, which can be preset to a variety of “modes,” streams from the media server in both the lounge and main bedroom, ensuring the ambiance throughout the entire space is just right. The system can be upgraded so additional zones can be added to the TV network or the audio system and installed anywhere in the apartment including all weather speakers for outdoor entertaining plus other stylish speaker options with built in iPod and iPhone docking to complete the home entertainment system.
