Global Cache Products Now Control4 Certified
iTach and GC-100 Product Lines Officially Tested and Approved for Control4 Installations
Jacksonville, OR, – August 11, 2010 – Global Caché, a leading provider of WiFi and wired connectivity products, and Control4, a leader in IP-based home control systems, announced today certification of all Global Caché iTach and GC-100 products for Control4 installations. All Control4® Certified products must pass rigorous interoperability testing in Control4 labs. Control4® certification ensures compatibility and simple integration between Global Caché and Control4 products, further underlining the companies' commitments to the custom installation channel.
Global Caché’s award-winning iTach Family of Products physically connect any IR, serial, and relay device to a WiFi or wired Ethernet network so the device can be accessed, monitored, automated, and controlled. The iTach products include onboard IR learning, IR emitters, an IR blaster, a Power over Ethernet (PoE) option, and support multiple simultaneous users. The award-winning GC-100 Network Adapters connect IR, serial, and relay devices to an Ethernet network using one box.
