Snap One Brands Add Value to Luxurious Algarve Development

Portuguese integration firm, Consexto, created a solution for each villa to meet these goals, built on the Control4 platform.

Using Control4, residents can access and control indoor and outdoor audio, TVs and home cinema operation, lighting, door entry security and heating and cooling systems. Each villa benefits from a Control4CORE3 controller, which brings speed and performance for instantaneous, interactive control of all technology systems within the property. Residents interact with the system via Control4 T4 touchscreens at key locations while Control4 Halo remotes in the 5.2.2 home cinema and living room offer further control flexibility.

Two Triad SA1 high-resolution streaming amplifiers are used to deliver music to different areas of each villa as well as to the outdoor spaces via high-performance invisible speakers. In addition, 520 Indoor Access Points and 510 Outdoor Access Points from Snap One brand Araknis support high network capacity and guarantee reliability, while an Araknis 310 Router helps to keep networks secure. Power management for the technology is provided by WattBox while Control4 Door Station provides residents with an effective and secure video door entry system. OvrC remote monitoring and management of the system ensures that Consexto can effectively keep an eye on every system in every villa at One Green Way, updating and fixing issues before they become major problems.

One Green Way is in development with a number of villas already completed and occupied, and the entire project scheduled for completion in 2026.
