This federation-era home features stunning waterfront views of Sydney Harbour, clean and elegant design, and a complete Control4 technology system. A fully automated home that was crafted with the intent of not appearing too modern, the project is a stunning example of what can be achieved when modern home automation is seamlessly woven into a traditional-style home design. The clients wanted all items in the home to integrate into the style of the property while still being easy to use, and so the smart home professionals at Life Style Store made sure every bit of technology put into the home met or exceeded that request. The Lavender Bay home won “Best Lighting Project – Australia” at the 2018 Control4 Dealer Awards.
