Ensure that Zigbee Server is running

Use the System Design view to check the controller's properties and ensure that Zigbee Server is running on a controller. 

To ensure the controller properties are set correctly:

  1. In the project tree, select the project name object for the Zigbee Configuration tab to appear.
  1. Ensure that the Zigbee Server is running. If not, see “Example: Verify the network connections” in this document.

    2. Tip: Be patient. In cases where the Zigbee mesh is moved, it can take up to five minutes for all connections to get re-established.
