Configure a Control4 4k Ultra HD 10x10 HDMI Matrix Switch

Use the System Design and Connections views to identify a LU1082 HDMI Matrix Switch (C4-LU1082) to the Control4 system. This device switches up to 10 HDMI input sources and uses an HDBaseT Receiver (C4-LU1E) to connect to AV output devices.

IMPORTANT! The hardware setup for the switch can be complex. Refer to the and the Setup Installation Guide for guidelines, warnings, and cautions to help ensure a smooth setup.

To add and configure an HDMI Matrix Switch:

1. Install and set up the video switch and any associated hardware according to each device’s installation guide.

2. To add the driver to your project and identify the device, see “How to add devices to a project.”

3. Make any necessary network or control/AV connections as necessary for your configuration. For information on setting each Properties field’s parameters, click the Documentation tab in the driver’s Properties window.
