Attach the Speaker to the Mount
Attach the speaker to the mount.

Attach the mount to the surface.
Set speaker tap and/or light settings, located on the bottom of the device.
Adjust Tap & Light Settings
Connect the 70V, parallel wire run to the mount’s pigtail using the included silicon wire nuts.

The speaker cap is removable and provides a connection point for the light for further flexibilty.

Adjust Speaker Tap Settings
Set the speaker’s tap settings, located on the bottom of the device.

Set the light settings, located on the bottom of the device.

Attach the mount to the surface. Use the mount cap’s bubble level to make sure the mount is level on the wall.
Remove the cap and attach the speaker to the mount.

Attach the Bracket
Attach the bracket to a junction box or flat to the ceiling.
Slide On the Plate and Lock Nut
Slide the lock nut and plate over the mount cable.
Pull the cable through the bracket so the mount hangs at the desired height.
Pull the Cable Through the Bracket
Loop the cable under the clip, then swing the latch closed to secure the mount’s height. Screw it into place by hand. Do not use a power drill.
Secure the Mount’s Cable
Slide the plate into place to cover the bracket and any extraneous cable. Use the lock nut to secure the plate.

Episode Radiance
Quick Start Guide
Connect the 70V wire run to the mount’s pigtail using the included silicon wire nuts.
Slide the plate and lock nut over the mount cable.
Attach the MB1 mount to the wall.
Attach the Mount
Place the MB1 into the mount, sideways, to hold it in place as you connect the wires.
Temporarily Place the MB1
Loosen the gland nuts to pull the wire through the water-tight cap beforce connecting any devices to the MB1.
Slide the Wires Through the MB1’s Cap
Connect the low-voltage lighting transformer to the Light Power input. Max lighting load is 300W.
Connect the Light Transformer
Connect the 70V DSP Amplifier
Connect the70V DSP amplifier to the Audio 70V input. Max audio load is 500W.
Connect the Radiance Wire Run
Connect the Radiance device wire run to the Output.
Slide the MB1 cap into place, tighten the gland nuts, then tighten the screws by hand.
Slide the Cap into Place
Secure the MB1 in the Mount
Rotate the MB1 so it stands vertically in the mount, then screw the MB1 into place by hand.
Place the Subwoofer
Bolt the subwoofer to a surface, or bury it, leaving two inches between the ground and grille.

Connect the Subwoofer
Connect the subwoofer to the amp’s 8Ω output. If using the Episode Hybrid amplifier, connect it to channel 1.
