Getting help
Initial setup and configuration of your Control4 system is taken care of by your Control4 Dealer (also known as a Smart Home Pro). You can also contact your pro to change or upgrade your system, but we recommend you first try to find your answers in this guide or in customer troubleshooting before contacting them.
Important: For technical support, you must contact your Smart Home Pro or look for answers to common problems at help.control4.com.
How do I find my Smart Home Pro?
- Log in to your Control4 account at control4.com, then click Account in the Account tile. Dealer info is on the bottom of the screen.
