Properties

• Button Settings

• Name—The name of the selected button (used for defining its connections to other devices or events within Composer Pro). After clicking the appropriate button on the right, you can change this name.

• Button Behavior—The type of connection that the physical button or mechanism provides.

• Momentary—Closure is maintained only while the button is being pressed.

• Latch—Closure is maintained indefinitely until reopened.

• Contact Sensor—Contact is made by a secondary device that triggers a closure (like the contact sensor on a home controller).

Advanced Properties

• 12v Power Output—Enables 12V (up to 30mA) power to the connected device (for example, a motion sensor).
