Back to School Contest: Put the “Art” in Smart
Written by Guest on August 5, 2015
It’s hard to believe that the summer is coming to an end and fall will be here in just a few weeks. Pretty soon the weather will be cooler, the days shorter, and your kids will begin school once again.
To celebrate the upcoming school year, Control4 invites you to help your kids create a picture of what they think a smart home is. When you work with them to put the "ART" in "SMART," you'll be entered into our Lock-&-Light Giveaway!
The art can be made from crayons, markers, pencils, oil, watercolor, pastels, or paints. Have your child write their age on the picture (or give them a hand in doing so), then snap a photo of the work of art and upload it to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag: #SmartArt. Don’t forget to tag Control4!
All entries will be placed on the Control4 blog and a winner will be chosen randomly* from all entries. The winner will receive a Phillips “Friends of Hue Bloom Lamp" and a Yale smart lock, perfect for peace of mind during the school year!
Artwork that contains any personal information, including names, addresses, emails, etc., is prohibited and will cause the entry to be ineligible. Entries must be submitted via: Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and use the hashtag #SmartArt. We will be accepting submissions August 6-September 20 and a winner will be chosen by September 31st.
This contest is run by Control4 Corporation ("Control4") and subject to the following Contest Terms and Conditions: The contest is valid beginning August 6, 2015. Submitting artwork using the hashtag #SmartArt will automatically generate your entry into the giveaway, the winner of which will be selected randomly from all entries. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. You may also enter this contest by printing your name, address, phone number and email address on a 3x5 card and mailing it to Control4 Marketing Department Contests at 11734 S. Election Road, SLC, UT 84020. Entries must be received by September 20, 2015. Total prize amount is limited to equal to or lesser than U.S. $500.
