All Control4 dealers are required to complete a comprehensive training program to install and support Control4 products in order to ensure that you get the best user experience possible.Only Control4® products that are purchased from an authorized Control4 Dealer are covered by the Control4 limited product warranty. Because Control4 products require professional installation, only authorized Dealers are trained and certified in the installation and servicing of Control4 products. Please be aware that a Control4 Dealer will not install Control4 products unless those products have been purchased from an authorized Dealer.
