Vegas is a land of hotels, but few offer the level of luxury and guest customization to be enjoyed in the new PH Towers. Slated to open December 2009, the first 52-story PH Tower features 1200+ luxury guest rooms on the Vegas strip. PH Towers knew that the guest experience they wanted to deliver required extra support. To ensure a memorable stay for guests, PH Towers selected the Control4 Suite Systems Energy Efficient solution.

Custom Entertainment at Your Fingertips

With Control4, guests can manage the three televisions available in each standard room. Guests will also appreciate the automation of window shades on the floor-to-ceiling windows. Beyond creating privacy for the room’s occupants, guests can turn their room into a personal theater with a single button, using the closed shades to create a 120’’ movie screen for the room’s built-in projector and surround sound.

Managing Energy While Delivering Quality

To keep power usage under control, each room utilizes motion sensors and custom programming. The combination delivers a world-class audio/video experience. The addition of smart thermostats in each room contributes to additional energy management. Automation features will also be managed by a property management system that controls each room and changes the settings (e.g., temperature) based on room occupancy.

While guests appreciate and enjoy the level of technology offered in PH Towers, without Control4 these rooms would be too complicated for the average guest to operate.
