Why do I need a dealer?
At Control4, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized control and automation solutions for everyone. In order to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction for our customers, we require all Control4® solutions be custom-installed and/or serviced by an authorized Control4 Dealer. With Control4 Dealers, you can rest assured that each has completed a comprehensive training program on how to install and support all Control4 products, so they’ll have everything they need to be your personal automation expert and make sure you’re making the most of your Control4 system.
Also, be aware that only Control4® products purchased from an authorized Control4 Dealer are covered by the Control4 limited product warranty. To that end, a Control4 Dealer will not install Control4 products unless such products have been purchased from an authorized dealer.
What is a Premier Dealer?
The purpose of a “Premier” dealer, designated by a Gold or Platinum badge, is to help you identify a custom integration specialist who has completed additional Control4 training, sales and experience requirements in home automation. Look for the Premier Dealer logo when making your selection using the Dealer Locator.
The following dealers have completed the Control4 dealer certification requirements, including training in the Control4 technology. Each of the dealers listed is an independent service provider, and Control4 assumes no liability and specifically disclaims any warranty, express or implied, for the actions or services of such dealers.
