  • Use Media Scenes to tie together multiple rooms to play as a single zone of music. Link together audio source selection and music control so they function as one.
  • Use the Email Notification agent to receive e-mail alerts when any event happens in your home, such as the garage door being left open during the day, a water leak in the basement, or that the security system has been armed or disarmed.
  • Create and modify Lighting Scenes customized to your specific needs. Set up a movie lighting scene to dim the lights when your start a movie, or create an "All Off" lighting scene to turn off all the lights in your home at night with the touch of a button.
  • Use the Scheduler to program events (such as the porch lights turning on) based on date, time of day, and the sunrise/sunset in your area.
  • Create your own Wakeup scenes to wake up to your favorite music as the lights and temperature in your home ramp up to a certain level every morning.

Control4 Composer Media Edition

Composer Media Edition provides you the capability of editing all of your media within your Control4 system. Composer Media Edition requires you to use the same version of software that your Control4 system is running. To check what version you are running, use your a Control4 touch screen or Control4 on-screen interface, navigate to the Info button and select the About button. The Director version number is the same version number of Composer Media Edition that you need to download and use. If you have any further questions, please contact the Control4 dealer who installed your Control4 system.
