Introducing the Control4® Energy Management System 100

The Control4® Energy Management System (EMS) is a bundled product offering that includes an in-home energy controller, the EC-100, a wireless, programmable thermostat, the WT-100, the Control4® Network Management and Energy Analytics software packages. Now with Control4, utilities can connect with their customers, via the smart meter, in a whole new way.

	EC-100 Energy Controller An open HAN touch screen in-home display, the EC-100 comes pre-loaded with an advanced analytics engine that collects, analyzes and displays real time residential energy use data. The EC-100 delivers usage data in an intuitive, engaging way, making it easy for consumers to manage their energy use.  The EC-100 communicates with the utility LMS to deliver real time data.  Consumers can act upon the data they receive, setting their EC-100 to control devices during peak times or demand response events. Packed with additional features, consumers can also use the EC-100 to check weather, display photos, check out podcasts, display the time and more.

	Network Management Software The Control4® Network Management Software enables the monitoring, optimization and reporting of all deployed energy controllers. It also drives the authentication and provisioning process, HAN updates, and remote access. ECO Software The Control4’s Energy Control and Optimization  Software collects, analyzes and compresses residential energy use data and  communicates with the utility’s Load Management Software during peak times and demand response events to optimize energy use and conservation based on consumer participation.
