Chris King, Chief Regulatory Officer, eMeter to brief the US Congressional Delegation at the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen

WHAT:
Chris King will brief Speaker Pelosi and the other U.S. congressional leaders in Copenhagen during the United Nations Climate Change Conference on Friday, December 18, 2009. The goal is to convey the importance of maintaining the United States’ Smart Grid leadership position in the global marketplace and discuss the potential consequences the United States may face if the right processes and initiatives are not put in place now. King will demonstrate the Control4 Energy Management System 100 as an example of U.S. innovation and leadership in this space.  The system combines in-home energy usage information with automation and control making it easy for consumers to save energy and money.  For utilities, the system provides a new way to connect with customers and encourage participation in direct response programs.

DRSG members include IBM, Google, Whirlpool and Honeywell.

Chris King, Chief Regulatory Officer at eMeter and Founder of DRSG, is a nationally recognized authority on energy regulation and competitive energy markets.
