Salt Lake City, Utah – September 7, 2006 – Control4, the leader in IP-based home control and entertainment systems, today announced the appointment of Glen Mella as President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mella, previously Control4’s Chief Marketing Officer, will oversee the internal operations of the organization and report directly to Will West, Control4’s Chief Executive Officer and founder.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Mella was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Triton PCS, a leading provider of digital wireless phone service in the Southeast. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Found Inc., which was acquired by CRS Retail Systems, a leading provider of point-of-sale multi-channel software. He also held executive positions with TenFold Corporation, Novell and WordPerfect Corporation. In addition, Mr. Mella has held product management positions with Dial Corporation and Frito-Lay, Inc.
