How do I like working at Control4? I love it. Obviously the products and technology are a highlight – what guy wouldn’t like to work with consumer electronics and home automation equipment? But I also get to work with a talented group of people that are smart, motivated, and fun to be around.

The thing I admire the most about Control4 is the employees: their talents, enthusiasm, commitment, team spirit, friendliness, creativity and intelligence. The high energy here draws you in so you want to do your best to help your co-workers and the company succeed. No matter how busy my co-workers are, they are always willing to take time to share information and answer questions to help me perform my job well so we can all keep our customers happy. And where else can you go to watch cutting-edge technology being developed while viewing movies and listening to music at work?
Even in the tough economy, Control4 still manages to take good care of its employees by providing bagels and fruit on Fridays, Shave Ice on hot summer days, and a ‘tripped out’ home. Life is good here.

As an employee, you feel very much a part of that success, every step of the way.
In my nearly 5 years at Control4 I've grown both personally and professionally as part of one of the best engineering teams ever assembled in the Salt Lake Valley. I'm also thankful for the outstanding efforts of C4's management team, all of whom inspire loyalty and confidence as they drive Control4 ever further up the road with superior ethics and uncompromising integrity, something that seems to be lacking in far too many companies today.
You also know that Control4 values the quality of life of its entire workforce and what's most important to them: family. There's a real sense of belonging that extends beyond the employee to their entire family; a rare thing in today's profit-driven, often soulless workplaces. They've made this a truly enjoyable place to work and grow, and it just keeps getting better and better.
It's not often you hear, "You mean they pay me to do this?" Thanks, Control4. Here's to the next 5 years.

I chose to work for Control4 because of my interest in home automation. I thoroughly enjoy working with leading edge technology and with products that I use myself. I enjoy the work environment provided by Control4. Control4 has some of the best engineers that I have worked with. The company is very well managed with specific goals they are working towards.
